Information on the Online Entry for Dog Shows

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Add the contact information (it does not have to be the owner of the dog). Email-address is required.

2. DOG INFORMATION
Add the registration number of the dog.
If the dog does not exist in our database, you must add it. The registration number must be typed as it shown on the Pedigree, with the correct prefix (RKF, VDH/, SKK etc).
(all dogs entered the Winner/Nordic Winner-2005 Shows can be found in database)

3. TITLES
Add correct titles, for example INT & S & N CH WW-04 ESTW-05 etc…. Do not use ; or , marks on title field.

4. DOG'S PARENTS
Add parent’s names, ONLY . Do NOT add titles or reg. number for parents

5. BREEDER
Add information about the breeder with the town or country.

6. OWNER
Add information about the owner. Please note that ring-cards and time schedules will be sent to an address of the owner mentioned first on the entry form.

7. BREEDERS CLASS
Breeders Class registration must be done separately. It cannot be added into individual dog entry.

8. ADDING MORE DOGS?
When entering more dogs, go to ”add a new dog”.

9. PAYMENT
When you are finished with the registrations go to VISA/MasterCard logo for payment site. After the payment it is very important to go back to the web-entry, otherwise we are not able to confirm the registration.

10. CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY
You will get immediately a confirmation by email from us. Do not answer this email.
IF YOU DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL, PLEASE CONTACT SHOW MEDIA, DO NOT RE-ENTER SAME DOG. THE ENTRY WILL BE NOT CONFIRMED WITHOUT CONTACTING US.

11. DOCUMENTS TO ENCLOSE
You must also remember to send a copy of the Pedigree/WCC/Champion title by email info(at)showmedia.fi (must be scanned A4 size min 300 dpi resolution) OR by fax +358-9-77 46 24 60. There must be a note for which show the document is meant. Pedigree is required, without it the dog cannot compete in these shows. THIS IS ONLY FOR FOREIGN DOGS REGISTERATED OUTSIDE SCANDINAVIA (SKK/NKK/DKK)

12. CORRECTIONS/CHANGES
If you notice a defect (wrong class, old address etc) on registration, please send the correction by email to address info(at)showmedia.fi. DO NOT MAKE A NEW ENTRY!
